Scheduling Policy
If it has been 12 months or longer since your last consultation, your next visit will be considered a New (Initial) Consultation rather than a Follow-Up. This ensures adequate time to review your case and discuss any changes since your last session.
If a Follow-Up is booked after this time, the appointment type and rate will be automatically adjusted to reflect an Initial Consultation.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as this helps maintain accurate records and uphold the quality of care provided to every client.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At The Miami Homeopath, each appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. To honor both your time and ours, we ask that any changes or cancellations be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, are non-refundable. As payment is collected at the time of booking, these fees will not be refunded if a cancellation occurs within a day of your scheduled appointment. This policy ensures fairness, respect for Keren’s schedule, and allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an opening.
If you need to make changes to your appointment, please use the link in your appointment confirmation message or contact our office as soon as possible by phone or email.
Late Arrivals
To ensure that each client receives the full attention and care they deserve, appointments begin and end at the scheduled time.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened, rescheduled, or marked as a missed appointment at Keren’s discretion. The full session fee will still apply in these cases.
Emergency Exceptions
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen events can occur. If an urgent or unavoidable circumstance prevents you from attending your appointment, please reach out promptly. Exceptions to this policy may be made on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of The Miami Homeopath.
